Another first, RFS sponsored the first H2B conservation workers from Ghana Africa. We blended three rookies from Ghana with our veteran Hispanic crew, and developed one of the first international foresty crews.

This experience of combining two developing cultures was profoundly enriching for all of us, including the land owner; as we all gained greater respect from what each person had to offer. The learning exchange was multi-dimensional.
